The workouts are always different from each other and are very effective because a different emphasis is given to the elements of load, distance and speed, which help athletes to develop high levels of power.

In every Wod - Workout Of the Day - different tools are used and we practice in different disciplines and physical activities such as: gymnastics, the use of the barbell, dumbbells and kettlebell, climbing the rope, rowing, biking, etc.

CrossFit is for everyone, universally scalable and modifiable according to the age and according to one's level of fitness.

Therefore each Wod can be adapted to individual abilities, in order to achieve one's goal and to improve one's technique and physical performance.
